SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.

Shipping charges Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on most pin codes. If there is a COD charge, you will see it at checkout before you place your order. You can also pay online with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.

Delivery time Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after you place them. Remote areas, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays can sometimes add a few days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order from your account on aminatural.in.

Incorrect address or failed delivery Please check your address and phone number before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, nobody was available to receive it, or a COD order was refused, we may cancel the order. For prepaid orders, we'll refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.

Damaged or tampered parcels Please don't accept a parcel if the outer box looks damaged or tampered with. If you see a problem after opening it, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery (see our Refund & Return Policy).
