REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our products are personal-care items, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened or used products. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll replace it or refund it as described below.

When you're eligible for a replacement or refund

  • You received a damaged, leaking or defective product
  • You received the wrong product or wrong variant
  • You received an expired product
  • Items are missing from your order

How to raise a request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aminaturalit@gmail.com or +91 74499 87449 (call or WhatsApp).
  2. Share your order number, clear photos of the issue, and an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened.
  3. We'll review your request within 2 business days. The whole process must be completed within 7 days of delivery.

What happens next

  • Replacement: once approved, we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
  • Refund: if a replacement isn't available, we'll refund you.
    • Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
    • COD orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer (NEFT) to the account you give us, within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • If we ask you to send the product back, we'll arrange a pickup at no cost to you. Please keep the product in its original packaging.

Not eligible

  • Opened or used products that aren't damaged, defective or the wrong item
  • A change of mind or personal preference ("I didn't like it")
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery or without an unboxing video

Order cancellation You can cancel an order at no charge before it has shipped. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Skin reactions Our products are made with natural ingredients, but anyone can be sensitive to a particular ingredient. Please do a patch test before first use. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us.
